I find this hard to follow. So Shane Warne and Mark Waugh have been innocent all this time! The likes of me the rest of the pack have been living in fanatsy. Its all just made up.

I wouldn't say that the pack has been 'living in fantasy'. I would say that the pack has assumed Warne and Waugh was guilty of a crime without any proof being offered[1]. I would say that the pack has followed media sensationalism like the sheep they are, but I think that 'living in fantasy' is a bit harsh . This sort of stuff happens all the time, can anyone say McCann? You have to remember Warne only received 5,000 Australian dollars, it's not really enough cash to persuade someone to do anything serious, just my 2c.

[1]All that's been proved is that Warne and Waugh took money in exchange for giving out pitch and weather information, an act that isn't strictly wrong or corrupt and not worthy of a fine.

John, draexem and i have given detailed reasons why Warne has no case to answer on this matter. But i do have an open mind however, so if you could give some reasonable explanations as to why you think he is guilty of some crime against cricket, i would love to hear them
