| 84/2 and close to tea. Not too bad for India I guess and Tendulkar is just in. But IMO, it would be Dravid, curently 30 not out, who is the most important man to guide India to a win here. |

But Tendulkar has been criticised for not winning many matches for India when India have been down. This is the point which I am trying to stress. |

| Dravid is gone as I write this and the point which I am making is all the more crucial. Personally I do not believe India will go beyond 150 in this chase. |

| @Kasamse: Tendulkar did play well to bring India within 32 runs of victory along with Ganguly. I am sure they will get India to victory without any more loss of wicket.

| My prediction to my Indian neighbour, before this series began, was a 2-0 win for India. I think I am going to revise that to 3-0, since in addition to Asif, now Gul is also unavailable for the rest of the tour, and Afridi and Alam have both been axed for mysterious reasons. I was expecting India to win these Tests by racking up 500+ scores; seems they can manage perfectly well even when scoring below 300. Good performance by the Indian bowlers in this Test, though they should expect much more from their batsmen next time around. The less said about Pakistan's sorry display, the better
