My bad.

It was a fabulous knock though. Sri Lanka are still blocking out there. Unbelievable

This for me is very poor captaincy indeed, I know England surviving 90 overs tomorrow is very unlikely, but even so they have enough runs on the board to ensure they cannot lose!! Batting on at the moment is madness..

I really can't fathom the tactics here, for me it is the same negativity that lead to them dropping Malinga and putting the Aussies in during the first Test.

Bad light is certainly a factor that he should have taken into account as well. I doubt 90 overs will be played tomorrow.

S.L should still win, but they have put some pressure on themselves in terms of time.

Unlucky toss to lose - Vaughan's legendary tossing skills deserted him this test. It's very hard to win at Kandy batting second.

Alastair Cook was talking about how he'd play Murali before the series started. Perhaps he ought to have worked harder on playing Chaminda Vaas!! What a top start!

Excellent points Flanfinger.

Just when I thought I had seen anything, England go and make Jayawardene look like a genius. Sending Anderson in to face the new ball LOL. Surely Prior would have been a better option.

Probably not much difference if recent form is anything to go by

Well, the light (or lack of it) has won the day. The umpires offer the light even with Jayasuriya and Murali bowling and off they all go. England might even save this one.

Well what a good idea it is to send out Anderson as a nightwatchman,he will be out in the first 20 minutes and Sri Lanka will have their tails up straight away.

If we save this match i will be amazed.

As for our bowling attack, well it wasn't great and it will only get worse as i doubt our best bowler Hoggard will play at Colombo. For gods sake drop Anderson and go with Swann and Broad if Harmison is still unfit. They can't do any worse than Anderson.
