Mr E might even make history by scoring his maiden test century. Seriously, has it ever happened in the history of First Class cricket?

Unless India collapse in the second innings (which cannot be completely ruled out!) , the match is heading for a draw. It is a pity that once again the Indian spinners are ineffective in their own backyard. True that the pitch is perfect for batting, but on the back of 600plus total, Indian bowlers should have taken advantage of the "pressure" on Pakistani batsmen.

Not that I am complaining, but some of the umpiring decisions have not been great. Simon Tauffel had a bad day yesterday. But then its a part of the game.

I think its still a good pitch to bat on and the match is definitely heading towards a draw.

What a boring game this is,just like the last one.The first game was great but these last 2 are what is bad about cricket in Asia.

There are 4 sessions to go and Pakistan is the only team that has a faint chance of victory. If the Pakistani speedstars bowl well and limit India to less than 150, we are in for an exciting final day...

And how likely is that to happen on that pitch?

Five wickets for Sharma- might get him in the frame for the Australia tour. Maybe India won't have to rely on Agarkar after all.

Zaheer Khan, Sharma, Pathan and Kumble- might pose some questions for the Australian batsmen.

There is no chance of that happening. I dont think either team can win from here....unless they play exceptionally bad cricket. They took four days to play two innings and now you are expecting them to play two more in one day?

I understand your point. But cricket is a game of glorious uncertainties! Moreover India has an inconsistent track record in the recent past and the manner in which the second innings started, nothing could be ruled out...
