I would like to see Mckenzie in the team...
I'm with you on that one. I can't believe that Neil McKenzie's been out of the reckoning while average batsmen like Amla, Prince and Dipenaar have been regulars.

As to kicking the Windies out of world cricket... well, if you got rid of all teams who weren't doing well, that would leave you with maybe four teams playing Test cricket. The West Indies have to stay.

Sorry guys. I over reacted but you must look at it from my point. I am just frustrated that for the past 3 years, there has not been any competitive matches at my home stadium in Newlands. I love going to the game but its no fun in watching one sided games even if your own team is winning. Maybe I was letting out some of my frustration when I looked at our oponents for the new years test match and saw that it was the WI again. My apologies. PS: WI are outplaying SA in the current test, so good for them. Lets hope they keep it up for the whole series and then I may consider to show up for the new years test.

Dont worry, I can see where you are coming from g_f. It would be great for world cricket if the Windies could turn it around. Then you'd have SA, India, Sri Lanka, England, Pakistan and WI all playing competitive cricket thats good to watch.

I can't believe Amla is playing instead of someone like McKenzie.
