Despite the Indian batsmen doing everything possible to make Australia win this test match, it is drawn.

The Indians played exceptionally well in the test series, beyond any imagination and they deserve all the credit for putting up a great fight. If all had gone right at the SCG (particularly the umpiring), the result probably would have been 2-1 in India's favour.

The current generation of Indian cricketers certainly have shown the will to fight and they have done India proud.
