Ern,
So far youve got a) correct,
b) I didnt have that as my answer so I checked it and according to the scorecards I looked at he didnt take a hat trick in 2000 for derbyshire, so I'm not looking for that.
c) (The player involved in both hat tricks) you havent done yet

Keep going

Well.. the players involved in '95 were Richardson (bowled), Murray (lbw) and Hooper (lbw).. Hooper and Cork do now, of course, both play for Lancashire.. but Hooper as one of three wickets taken by Cork when he was still playing for Derbyshire seems credible.

Then again: Jack Russell was 'keeping wicket in the Test match - was the second hat-trick against Gloucestershire? Was Russell behind the stumps again?

Rachael,
Getting Closer.
The correct 'other' player is mentioned but the reason is incorrect.
The second hat trick was not against gloucs

Above is the 20/20 match,Lancashire v Nottinghamshire.

Carl Hooper is the man,the above should reveal the secret as to what the link to the hat trick was.

All correct so to summarise
a) Old Trafford
b) Windies and Notts
c) Hooper was out in the 1st hat trick and caught the last wicket in the 2nd hat trick

I assume this means Ernest sets the next question
