From the only website I can find showing this:
1. a) VG Kambli of India averaged 136
b) S Gavaskar - 118.71
c) R Harvey - 103.3

2. I'll change to H Sutcliffe

Do I assume you used HowSTAT.com?

Well I get from Statto's Site,

1) V G Kambli 136

!b) S M Gavaskar 118.71

!c) R Harvey 103.3

2) I agree H Sutcliffe.

I though it was 15 innings until Statto pointed it out, I have edited the correct answer in, but Statto is the clear winner,.

As I can think of aroper question at the moment, these trivia questions will have to do.
1. Robert Key's maiden test match ton was the 3rd highest maiden test ton by an Englishman. Who were 1st and 2nd?
2. What was the highest test match total to contain a duck and who scored it?
3. After which innings did Andrew Flintoff's
a) batting average exceed 25?
b) bowling average drop below 40?

Sorry for it being so boring but I can't think of any imaginative questions at ther moment.

Yes, these are right. I did use Howstat to confirm the ones in question 1. I've known the Sutcliffe one for a long time.
