Sachin Tendulkar was out to Afridi after crossing his 50. Then Dravid got his 100, but then we saw some splendid bowling from Abdul Razzaq.

He almost got a hatrick; first he got Ganguly to edge one behind to Akmal. Then very next ball he trapped Laxman plump in front with a classic delivery. The hatrick ball struck Karthick on the pads and everyone went into havock appealing. But it was a relatively starighforward decesion, too high and going over middle and leg (SEE, I told you he can be a decent enough bowler a test match level).

And now because of all that Pakistan is right back into this match COMMON Razzaq! A little more effort and we might just be able to expose the tail here a wee bit more, may be even get Dravid out if we're lucky enough! COMMON!!!

Another wicket before close of play would be a great way to end the day, 4 overs to go by the way, Afridi back into the attack, the young Indian wicket keeper Denish Karthick has so far played well

Razzaq has bowled very well, as usual the ball which cuts in to the right hander and away from the lft bagging him two wickets. His main attribute has been his control though, consistently bowling at a probing length and getting some reverse swing with the old ball. Very disappointing from Pakistan's POV that 4 of the 5 wickets have been taken by non-specialist bowlers.

This is the third time that the new ball has been wasted by Pakistan's opening bowlers and it's quite simply bad discipline. For Khalil it's only his 2nd test match I suppose which is at lest some sort of excuse, but Sami has been shocking. He has pitched it everywhere except where he's supposed to. More short bowling followed by pathetic stare-downs, or when he gets the length right he inevitably spears it down leg side. Absolute rubbish. India will be kicking themselves for not batting Pakistan out of this game.

I'm afraid I have no option but to agree with your assesment of Sami, I'm quickly starting to run out of patience for him now, he needs to produce results very quickly, you can't just keep on selecting some one on repuatation or promise forever

Dravid GONE!!! fantastic innings by him though, eventually made 110, caught by the keeper, brilliant ball by Kaneria.

Last session was great for us. India 6 down for 344 at stumps. Match now almost in the balance, although India still with slight advantage, just one more good session tomorrow and it will be perfectly even
