No professional sporting organisation could afford to be racist, theres too much money involved, and the cost of litigation would be enormous.

AussieCricketLover, is Zimbabwe Cricket not racist???

Its patron, none other than Uncle Bob Mugabe promotes hate speech and has said in interviews that he hates white people...Ozais Bvute said during a formal ZCU meeting that "whites have no right to be in the country at all"...Whilst Vince Hogg, Syd Barnes and other high profile white members were in there.....Hogg was due to give evidence at the ICC racism hearing but wasn't allowed...What a shame...

Yes your right about Zimbabwe, and an absolute disgrace to Robert Mugabes hateful regime, however, countrys like that who have dictators arent subject to the same laws as the rest of the world, as for the ICC doing something about it, Well cricket did get rid of Apartheid guess its just a matter of time.
