WI added a further four runs for two wickets this morning in 3.2 overs, closing on 296 all out. South Africa in reply are 37-0 with about twelve minutes to go before lunch.

Hard work for WI. SA 59-0 and one gets the impression this series is only going one way.

Occasional Fan do know a band called the Chancers in Prague?

All SA 104-0. This pitch is placid 1st innings anything under 400 is not acceptable.

My friend is the singer. They have been on local TV.

I agree Paoli, Gayle might need a rest.

This guy is a very talented player, and if used wisely, can be a huge asset to the team.
He has the potential to do what Virender Sehwag is doing right now.

Just got in 374-2. SA heading for an imposing total.
For someone who grew up during the great WI era of the late 70's and 80's this is really hard to fathom. Who would of thought sides would be able to come and thoroughly dominant the WI.

Just got in myself, and I see SA 433-4. Which is not at all bad.

SA 445-4. Defeat looming for WI? They will have to bat well. Its a bit dull as SA add to the lead in unspectacular style. As is their method these days ( see Pete's comment). I think there is an obligation to the fans to be a bit more adventerous.
I am reading my book Simon Reynolds Sex Revolts - not bad.

Well, John, if it's unspectacular for you with a TV, it's at least that good for me without one and only with access to a Cricinfo text commentary, so I'll leave you to it. I'd say SA must win this one - presumably aiming to bat on and on in the hope of not having to play a second innings. Still two days to go. Should be in the bag.

Dobrou noc z Prahy! (Good night from Prague!)
