hmmm....

Cricinfo commentary:
Quote:
6.5 Hoggard to Javed Omar, (noball) no run, no-ball, edged, dropped -all happening here, Flintoff was the man at second slip diving across to his left

Should've had Richard Johnson playing, he's an expert at ripping through Zim and the Banglas - I think he had the Zimbos at about 10-4 last time they were here!

Bell is.

Captain Bashar out straight away, Bangladesh now two down for 34, so back to the script.
Quote:
10.1 Hoggard to Habibul Bashar, OUT: short delivery wide outside the off stump, Habibul Bashar goes for the pull and ends up with a top edge, ball lobs up behind the stumps, Jones makes no mistake

Hmmm, from the cricinfo commentary, it seems to be a mixture of good balls and 4 balls, and not much consistency - 9 no-balls! and few down the leg side from Harmy. Hope they are not getting overexcited!

I still think dismissing them for 205 will be difficult. Bangladesh's top order have consistently been no better than their talienders.

You are right TTFC - at the moment they are going at 4.2 per over, which is pretty good considering they have never played in England or in such conditions before. Must be some rather loose bowling out there!

Right I'm going to have a complete kneejerk rant here!

what the **** are we doing pitching so short, Hoggy's countering this by serving up half-volleys. The bloke that's come in at no4 obviously likes it on his legs, and so that's where we bowl it - 10 noballs!!!!!!!!!! What the hell is going on!!!!!!

Now, Freddy, who was hardly going to bowl at all has been brought on as first change - where's Simon Jones? Hoggy and Harmy are going to be made a laughing stock against the Aussies if they bowl this crap!!

Now someone who's actually watching it, tell me I'm wrong....................

74/5 after 20 overs. Now that's the Bangladesh we all know and love!
