If there was reasonable proof (i.e text messages as well as a history), then a lawsuit wouldent go very far.

I think his past history counts against him. We KNOW he's done this sort of thing before. These women could be lying. For all we know, the English media could be paying women to do this! Cynical I know, but the guy sells papers! The point is, he's done it before and could well be doing it again.

And fair enough, but sinking the boot into him over this matter is below the belt, and as i am a Warne-lover, it is only natural that i defend him.

If you think he doesn't have a history of cheating on his wife, you must live on a different planet to the rest of us. He ADMITTED to having phone sex with a nurse! It almost broke up his marriage then. It took a lot of work between Warne and Simone to save it.

My reference to the Warne soap-opera is not about his ability as a cricketer or his on field life. Quite the opposite. The soap opera is all the scandal and rumour and innuendo that we keep on hearing about him. Cricket wise I admire his bowling. He is a champion and quite possibly the best leg spinner the game has ever seen. Off the field is another story altogether.

I love his bowling and what he has done as a cricketer. I don't like him as a person. Never have, never will.
