England v Australia, 2nd Test: Session by Session over rates

Thread started in light of discussion of over rates from the first test and associated comments that a session by session analysis was needed.

Day 1
Morning Session: 27 Overs (7 by spinner)
Afternoon Session: 27 Overs (10 by spinner)
Evening Session: 25.2 Overs (8.2 by spinner, session curtailed by rain)

Roughly 30 per session.

Lots of people will pipe up with something like "ah but there's been lots of boundaries". This is factored in and, at any rate, it should not be a struggle to bowl 90 overs in a day.

It's ninety per day, which basically means thirty per session. However, thirty minutes approved overtime is allowed at the end of the day to mop up any shortfall. Australia are just about on schedule at the moment, allowing for the overtime.

Awful by Aussies when Warne has bowled 7 overs.

They'll purposely be slowing it down to allow their small and aging pace attack chance to recover.

Seriously though it is amazing the success Australia have had with only 4 bowlers - am I right in thinking they have played this way for a number of years?

Is there no Australian (batting/bowling) all rounder of test quality?
