Unusual Predictions - England v Pakistan, Thursday's Test

I'm still bored so I'm going to run a little competition about some slightly different predictions for Englands next match aginst Pakistan.

I'm going to ask 6 questions, and the member who gets the most answers right will win a little present from my basket - so hold on to your helmets and here we go -

1) Which player will score the first duck of the match?
2) What will the score be at tea on the first day (regardless of which side is batting)?
3) Which frontline bowler will be the least economical (runs per over)
4) Which Sky presenter will say the first words on telly?
5) What will be the first thing the TV umpire has to ajudicate on?
6) How will the first wicket fall?
