Pakistan have been a disappointment.

For Pakistani fans despite Yousuf there has been little to cheer. Once it was announced Flintoff was out we expected a tight contest. Well it was mainly a walk in the park for a good England side. Most Pakistani players performances were poor.
Kaneria and Akmal you would give 3/10. For Akmal this can be regarded as part of the learning curve.
Razzaq and Sami can add this to their growing list of poor series.
A series best forgotten.

Younis Khan - take a look at his record
Umar Gul - has shown some good bowling perofrmances, if not consistent
Mohammed Asif - has returned from injury with a superb first innings return

Not all doom and gloom John.

Ooh, I doubt that it will have the same longevity or impact on the game as the tour "M.C.C. in Australia, 1932-33"!

whatever the results of today's fiasco are, Pakistan have lost the series squarely to England, the only good things they can take away is the discoevery of the potential of umer gul and finally some hope in the form of an opening player in hafeez.

They were well on top in this Test until it went haywire. Pakistan shouldn't be too disheartened.
