I stuffed Imran, Lillee and Garner all over the park, and then was completely undone by Emburey.

I tried a couple of times but I surmised after a while that each over was taking about five minutes and perhaps it was time to stop.

I might try tomorrow.

Hi Guys,

Announcing it here on World-A-Team first.

We just released a Practice Mode for Stick Cricket. So no longer do you need to suffer at the hands of Emburery and Hadlee. You can now practice off spin or medium pace (or anything!) and then take another shot at your highest score.

check it out on the website

Is there any chance of there being a downloadable version of stickcricket in the future rather than having to connect to the internet? I think it would be a great distraction for those few free minutes I get at work!!

I though playing stickie lubricated to the gills would help my timing - it didnt.
I see the high score is 598 - now that's just silly.

Well, we had a bug that caused problems with high scores but it is all fixed now.

As for a downloadable version - we are considering it. We are hoping to find sponsorship to fund the exercise so that it remains free to download. If we fail to get sponsorship we might need to charge for it! We will keep you posted.
