Richard Illingworth, not
Raymond Illingworth. Two different players. Ray Illingworth was the opinionated, self-centred manager of England in the mid-nineties and a useful, opinionated, self centred player in the 60s. Richard Illingworth was a run-of-the-mill English spinner of the 80s and 90s who was not really good enough to play for England, but due to the paucity of decent spinners at that time, he got a few caps before England resorted to John Emburey (again), Ian Salisbury and Tuffers.
