Yes, it was David Llyod.

And yes again, that catch was indeed taken by Gladstone Small, he also took a five wicket haul in that test match

And yes once again, Ashley Giles was the only English spinner to take a wicket during that eventful series in 1998.

No wonder you call your self Sttato ;-)
