No good Ern, that would be a very small ****, and we like talking about the size of big arses!!!! Anyway, who am I to intrude into the private little science lab you and Goaty were inhabiting the other day?

Seriously tough Ern, as a Lancy, what's with Freddie today? are they holding him back or is he off colour?

Who foresaw so few overs being bowled in yesterdays favourable conditions? Just as it started swinging they came off for rain, and only got 2 more overs in before bad light stopped play - no-one foresaw that either.

So how smart is it to start saying now we should have batted first? Lets try and form opinions based on the evidence put before us, rather than using hindsight - any old fool can do that.

Scott,

with you there buddy, I admit that I would have been asking Mr Fleming to get the pads on - and funnily enough if you look at the poll I did before the game 16/20 voters would have done the same.

The day was always going to be interupted, but the predictions, were that it was going to clear up, leter in the day.

Papps is out - couple of wickets with the new ball and maybe everyone will be congratulating Vaughnie for his choice!!

Hindsight

Can I say I told you so because I wanted England to bat (score 600 plus and bowl NZ out twice by the time Tiger Tim starts the final in Paris on Sunday afternoon)? Or am I mixing my fore & hind sights?

Oh no, I voted for Collingwood so I'm disqualified!

I teach Science so get called all the usual science 'tags' such as 'professor waffle' etc. Kid's stuff hey!
One of my collegues was MR Horn and the children call him ' Parp'

Miss Sax, the PE teacher gets called sexy but this is severe sarcasm on the childrens behalf, as she is not by any stretch of the imaginationsexy, loking like a cross betwen a Vogon and Stavros from Dr Who.

Some of the children's names are amusing, i've taught
Claud Balls
Justin Case
and
Shelly Sommis-stake

Bottoms again

We've driften onto bottoms again have'nt we!!

Saggers is getting the ball to move around now, looking dangerous.

Where has Scott gone? I hope he's not sulking in the corner, or that he's bitten off his typing fingers in disgust?
