Dwayne Leverock - The Mighty Mountain of Cricket

Any of you chaps been onto the BBC site in the last couple of days (and I know you were there making friends again Jenko!) might have seen reference to one 'Dwayne Leverock' a bowler from Bermuda I think.

congrats to whoever it was on the Beeb who found out about him, because he is without a doubt the biggest International cricketer I have ever seen - and I like that!!!

He might just be my new cricketing hero!!

Anyone know anything about him or got any picks of him?

Yes I've made some new found friends on the board at the BEEB recently. It's really weird . I suppose I bring it upon myself sometimes.
Proud Aussie still posts there.
My posts got removed for 'being to long and using complicated words with too many syllables'
Apparantly the debate is hampered if posts use more than 500 words.
Yet the word limit is the same as here.
Funny that isn't it.

I hope I continue my friendships on that board and that the tone I took actually influences some of the characters on that board. I'll continue to defend myself if necassary.

Good luck to Dwane Leverock. May his tribe increase.

The tone you took was to suggest that your posts were too intelligent or that people were too jealous. I tried to explain that I personally wasn't trying to harrass you off the board but you appeared to ignore that and decided you were being victimised.

Post on the BEEB board, but try to realise, which admittedly you have done above, that you do bring it on yourself sometimes. I can certainly tell you that I was insulted that you included me in the people that were trying to bully you off the board. I was curteous to you and I just suggested that if you trimmed down your posts you would get a favourable reaction and that you shouldn't start saying that your posts are too intelligent or people were jealous. That's the only point I make.

Reminds me of the 'The Fridge' from the Chicago bears that was waddling around a few years ago.

300 lbs of

William 'the refridgerator' Perry - No 72 for the Chicago bears - his other nickname was biscuit. Played right tackle on defence and occasionally tail back on offence - very rare indeed.Scored one TD in superbowl XX, carried the running back over the goal line for another. His career spanned 9 years but was really a one season wonder. Fancy a picture -

Thats how he got his name. Truth were told, he was never that good the New England offensive line was very brittle at the time.
