Well you tell your poor old Brian to have a cup of Cocoa and get himself off to bed. Maybe tomorrow he'll feel a little bit better.

I might give a little hint later this evening if no one is making much progress!

My dyslexia strikes again!!!

That's because my Step Dad is called Brian, but when I am writing his name, I always want to put the 'i' and the 'a' the wrong way round, so I have schooled myself so hard to get it right, that when I actually DO want to write brain I write brian. Strange thing, the human mind!!

I have actually sent my Step Dad birthday cards saying 'Dear Brain' in the past!

I have that very same problem when I write "form" instead of [Lemming concentrates hards] "from". I'm getting better, but when I wrote my final report for my degree I had to go through it finding "form" and seeing if I had to replace it with - now concentrate, Lemming - "from"!

Strange!

The day they devise a spell check that highlights words like that somehow, the better off I'll be

HINT: Why might Clarke's catch be disallowed?

Thats my dispute, under the laws I would say that the catch would stand. He must have had full control of the ball and the fact that it fell into his pocket is of no consiquence as the law states that the ball can accidently be caught in the fielders clothing.

The deflection from the player after hiting the guard and going into the air and hitting the umpire would still make the ball alive to catch.

So what ever you come up with, it will be a contentious point.

A fair catch may still be taken after falling into a fielder's clothing!

The ball has not hit the ground. A fair catch may still be taken after hitting a player's shin whether he is wearing shin-guards or not. A fair catch may still be taken after striking an umpire!

It won't be! I promise!

I'll send it to Bearders before I work it out for myself.
