Did a search for Cricket forums, and found this one.

Have to say, that the debates on here are top class, and enjoyable to view!!!

Joined the Beeb board just as it went into free-fall and saw coded messages to join here.

I look back and watch some of the debate on the beeb board and cannot believe what a load of unmitigated crap and tosh is being served up as cricket debate.

Some of you post on both boards, so don't take offence, cos I obviously don't include you in the above comment, but you really have to sift through the steamy manure on that site to find the decent posts.

That's true! I am a less and less frequent visitor to the BBC board these days. I just don't understand how (or why) people find time for those slanging matches. I took a while coming over here, but I'm still glad I did. Chalk and cheese spring to mind.

I got irritated by the one-eyed rubbish being posted on the BBC website, and suckered in by the continual mentions of W-A-T in the same place.

Had to give it a go... and here I've stayed.

Oooh Olly! They've had a couple of problems over there in the last couple of days. Some anarchic poster has been flooding their board will multiple threads on the same subject (like 30 at a time) and it's crashed the board and caused the mods no end of trouble! I wouldn't wish that on any of us, but it's kinda sad really.
