Thanks for that Acker, very informative.

There are ten Melbourne based teams out of 16? That's surprising, this does not seem much of a national competition then!

Port Adelaide= Whole plethora of individuals ranging from "Jack" to Gavin Wanganeen to Warren Tredrea to Mathew Primus
Brisbane= Leigh Mathews, Akermanis, M.Voss, J.Brown. S.Black. the list goes on not to mention, 3 time
premiers... IN A ROW.
Collingwood= Eddie and Buckley... thats about it.
North Melbourne = Wayne Carey and Anthony Stevens wife
Carlton= Kouta and Christous love affair
Melbourne= Broadbridge (RIP)
Essendon= Hird Lloyd and the whole 2001 team
Sydney = the tight short wearing fairy boy Warrick Cappa
Geelong= Newman ... need I say more
St Kilda= either The G Train or Lockett= both talk with high pitched voices particularly Lockett
Brisbane= not too many bad things can be said about them... Akermanis, Voss, Brown, all champs
Richmond= I SPIT ON YOU
Adelaide= biggest flukers in AFL football 2 in a row by pure **** havent looked like doing anything since, not to mention a big bunch of f wits.
who have I missed ah the dogs and the hawks
Western Bulldogs= just pure crap
Hawthorn= led by the Dermie brigade this team is totally different to what it was last year... theyre going to lose even more matches.
West Coast= finally win away ... against a team that cant win at home in Adelaide. Westcoast, serial chokers as well 2 finals wins from 12 appearances.
Fremantle= one finals appearance in over a decade of football and they think they have something to be proud of.
That about sums up my personal view of the AFL
except for the judiciary system with is an absolute joke, their continuous biasness toward interstate teams is against the spirit of the game. Peter Schwabb is probably a bigger sook than Riewoldt who in my opinion deserved everthing he got, and more.

That about sums up my personal view of the AFL may get lucky and provide the "Bulldogs" some cannon fodder in the "Grand Finals"
except for the judiciary system with is an absolute joke, I am disgusted Byron Pickett cried after he went to court about crashing his car into an ill planned & located "brickfence:
It is true that Adelaide is the "Gayest" capital city in Australia.
So Aussie Cr luver the Western Bulldogs still flogged the living daylights out of Collingwood....

Maranello, as you can see the hype and rhetoric of AFL is consistent with most other football codes. The fact that six of the last eight premiership winners have been interstate teams is an indication that the competition is really national ('interstate' rather than Victorian - Geelong is in Victoria, but the Crows are based in Adelaide not Melbourne).

What you should also know is that because of the AFL's attempts to create a 'national league', interstate teams recive some fairly massive advantages... i.e salary cap.

And please remind me Beny how that salary cap advantage helped Port & Adelaide win three of those six titles?
