Inzi - but I shall refrain from any ill-judged 'huge bottom' jokes!

All wrong, not Inzi, not Rao, not Rana and not Afridi either (although that last one was a good guess)...the answer I was looking for was Shoaib Malik. Aparently our team reckon he's a bit of posh bloke (good looking and all) so they call him moon (as in as beutiful as the moon ... )...(since when did we become such classic pekhofiers?)

Next question, when a bowler takes 3 wickets of 3 consecutive balls, why is he said to have taken a "hat-trick" ?

is it because someone used to give them a new hat, everytime they did it?

You've forgotten Jamie Foster for question (v). Also, if you include England A players, Ali Cook has turned out for them. Ashley Cowan went on an England tour to the West Indies, but didn't play in any test matches. I'm guessing he may have played for England in some tour games (vs. Jamaica or whoever). Graham Napier played for England in the Hong Kong Sixes this winter. So, including Fozzie and Plank, that makes 5 who've played for a full England team in competitive matches

What about the other answers?

Secondly Mellons, that's jolly ambiguous of you not to specify what type of England representation, as I naturally assumed Test & ODI. Also, are you sure they were even able to wheel Cowan onto the pitch for a tour game, and was he able to stay on for very long?
