| I'm trying to find someone with a Derbyshire connection but haven't suceeded. In desperation I'll run through those so bleedin' famous that their cricket must have been more famous than their store: Laker, Lock, Underwood and Wardle. ps. I am kicking myself becaue I recall someone (might have been my dad) mentioning this fact! |

| No no no no. I'm surprised you havent got his one yet ! my age has been documented on this site, as has my former locations! Another clue (totally irelivent but amusing none the less) is that my mate "broke his duck" (so to speak) with the daughter of the other partner of said famous-name-sporting-goods-emporium.

The only other England spinners of Richie's era that I can think of that haven't been tried are Nick Cook and John Childs. Who did, surprisingly both play for England. John Childs made a very late debut as well, as I recall. |
