Why has this thread not had any responses? Keep it alive guys!! The answer to the last question I asked was Shabbir Ahmed of Pakistan.

Next Question:

CLUE 1: In 2004, I represented one county but this season I`m playing for another county.

CLUE 2: I`m not a permanent member in my national side. I`m included in the ODI team on and off, when there is injury to the regulars.

CLUE 3: I`ve been comparatively more successful in county cricket than my fellow countrymen.

CLUE 4: Primarily a batsman but I`m quite effective as a bowler.

CLUE 5: I played in the 2003 World Cup in South Africa.

Who am I?

No Lemming, its not Afridi although he fits properly in some of the clues I mentioned.

Keep trying!

Really could not have been Afridi, as clues 2 and 3 definitely do not apply! Afridi is an ODI regular, has been for a long while, and over the past 4 months, has become a Test regular too. Also, has he done better than any of his countrymen at County cricket? When the countrymen include Wasim Akram, Majid Khan, Imran Khan, Waqar Younis, Mushtaq Ahmed, Saqlain Mushtaq, Zaheer Abbas, and many others - all of whom did very well for their counties.
