| Well, I'm not a Sci-Fi fan. Most of the guys at school (apart from my "group), kept coming up to me saying, "MAN HOW CAN YOU NOT WATCH IT". I just don't see waht is so riveting. But I have the utmost respect for those who do; vvv included! |

| I've a lot more respect for those who don't.The only sci-fi movie was probably Bicentennnial man (if it does come under that category).I'm more looking forward to watching Monster In Law and the Batman flick. |

| Not that I don't like Science Fiction movies, just that I'm not particularly keen on Star Wars. |

| I'm with Zainub here. I'm quite a fan of decent sci-fi films such as the 'Alien' franchise or Event Horizon; but I always found Star Wars to be really poor - even though it is popular with loads of my friends. I tried my best to like it - even paying to go to the cinema to see the re-release of the Empire Strikes Back a few years back - but I'm afraid I was nodding off during the show. I can't see what all the fuss is about really. Now, Alien on the other hand.... |

| No you're not on your own. Even as a grown up, I still wish I was an X-wing pilot, that I had Jedi powers and that I could make my own lightsabre. I love sci-fi, and I love starwars to death, but I am not fanatical about it. I will not be queueing up as dressed as a Wookie to see the film. As a vision, Starwars is up there with anything such as Alien and 2001 etc, however at the end of the day it's a adventure story. This is the film to see, as it provides all of us 30-somethings with closure after seeing that marvellous first film. I will however, never forgive Lucas for the abysmal effort that was episode one!

| I saw one of the early films about - well, actually I don't know how long ago, but it was a long time. Isn't it just Cowboys and Indians moved into whatever century you care to name? Felt much the same to me, and, as with Cowboys and Indians, once you've seen one, you've seen 'em all. That said, someone's onto a good thing: $158 million in the first weekend, I heard on the radio a few minutes ago! And John Wayne didn't die a poor man, either.

| I was a big fan of star wars, during the rerelease imanages to collect nealry every single "tazo" free wit hdoritos crisps - which I hated (bit a sad sor a 2o something year old admittedly). When it finnaly came out I the first showing I could get tickets for were 11pm on a friday evening. After a long week at work I ended up falling asleep. Apparently Obi wans demise was accommied by loud snoring from yours truely. Since than the magic has gone, episode one was criminal, episode two wasnt any better, and none of the character despite decent actors being involved have any life about them at all.
