7pm is the usual time of dinner for Zimpaoli citizens. Also on at that time is Bigtopians say the darndest things, the hit TV Show. It had record ratings of 7 million last week; half the population. Wotjermercorlit suddenly has a population of 18 million. I quite liked it when it was 6 million, when you could walk down the street and recognise every Wotjermercorlitan you meet.
