Its compassionate, hard-working population of 5 million enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated. The medium-sized, liberal government juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Religion & Spirituality, and Law & Order. The average income tax rate is 16%. A large private sector is led by the Gambling industry, followed by Cheese Exports and Trout Farming. Crime is a serious problem, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Sparkeys's national animal is the electric eel, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the current. I've also joined the 'world a team' region. Damn, we've expierenced a powercut!

| On the side, you've got your country name, and underneath that.. Issues, Telegrams etc.. ? I think you need to click on Issues and sort out the problems you find there. I had one asking whether democracy should be compulsory. Last edited by Pete : 08-07-2005 at 05:32 PM. |

| I have started up The Community of HRH Ashley GIles (because someone else allready has Giles, Gilo etc). This is a nation of Democratic Socialists. I have already been asked to join MiddleEarth, which I suspect is something connected to Lord of the Rings, so I'll avoid that I think..!!! This reminds me of a game I used to have on my PC - Civilisation. Jolly good fun!!!

The average income tax rate is 17%. A small but healthy private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry. Crime is moderate. | So do I just hang around waiting for issues! Isn't there any options to force people to bring me food or give me a foot massage? Can't World A Team declare war on other regions?
