| I'm playing it as we speak. Scuse my ignorance Ram, but no, Cricket Captain is the same the world over. I've been heaps of teams, and am currently Australia. Word of advice Phantom, with Zimbabwe, always play Rainsford, he turns into a very good bowler. And Strydom as a batsman. |

| ODI's was never Strydom's strongpoint. As for coding, Rachael or Mike are your go to people!!! Another word of advice, play Ferreira rather than Taibu as your keeper. I'm in the 2009 Season with Australia and have Matthew Hayden at 38, having a purple patch, in 10 tests this season, he has scored 1700 runs to take his career tally to 10700, with one more tour to go. Gilchrist is also on fire, and Ponting's 34 and still another five years for sure, and already he has scored 12500 runs in Tests, 11700 in ODI's. Hayden averages 62, Ponting 60.5. On the bowling front, Cameron White averages 29 but has 200 wickets in 32 tests and is only 26. Watson is a late bloomer but is an awesome allrounder, and Gillespie at 34, although injury plagued, has taken 400 wickets at 25. Brett Lee is a very good batsman and averages 31 with the test ball. I've got a job lot of batsmen with averages above 40 though. |

| Paoli I am still playing as Zimbabwe, so far I have played the following test series, H - India 0-2 (two tests) H - New Zealand 0-1 (two tests) A - New Zealand 0-2 (two tests) A - Bangladesh 2-0 (two tests) The series win against Bangladesh was enough to take me off the bottom of the Test table. The series included a historic top score of 200+ from Ewing and several record partnerships. In one days I have done the following H - India 1-2 (three ODI's) H - New Zealand 1-2 (three ODI's) A - New Zealand 0-3 (three ODI's) I have worked out that even if I beat Bangladesh in the ODI's I will only move to 5pts from 18 games and the fact that Bangladesh will have 1pt from 14 games will probably just keep them off the bottom.

| So far in my 8 tests I have used 20 players with 5 of them (Blignaut, Carlisle, Streak, Johnson and Goodwin) ever present. Ewing is the pick of my batsmen with 766 runs in 12 innings (2 not out) at 76.60. This includes 3 hundreds and a top score of 206. Only Johnson, Gripper and Goodwin have centuries. As far as the bowlers are concerned Hondo is the pick with 21 wickets in 4 tests at 18.86 and Mbangwa with 8 wickets in 2 tests at 14.37. These figures do include two tests again Bangladesh. Only Gripper and Mbangwa have registered 5 wicket innings.

| I beat Bangladesh 2-1 in the ODI series and have just started a Test series with West Indies, at their place, and won the first Test! Major contributions from Gripper (7-47 in the second innings), Streak (68no and 4-70 in the first) and Johnson 88 and Ewing 78 in the second innings. Zimbabwe are on the up.

| Absolutely gutted, just lost the last test by 19 runs, I needed 401 and got to 372. Lost the series 2-1. A win would have really helped to consolidate 9th place in the rankings. My top batsmen were Ewing as always with 349 runs at 58.17 in 6 innings. Other good batting performances were from Goodwin with 275 runs at 55, Johnson 266 runs at 44.33. Bowling wise the top men were Streak with 17 wickets at 24.71, Gripper with 13 wickets at 23.46 and Rainsford with 12 at 30.50. I should have at least got a draw in the series and because it is West Indies who are 8th in the table the series defeat was really key. Player Test Ranking for my players are as follows. Batting 2nd Gavin Ewing (722) 20th Neil Johnson (536) 22nd Murray Goodwin (517) 43rd Stuart Carlisle (382) 52nd Heath Streak (359) 53rd Douglas Marillier (354) 55th Trevor Gripper (349) 71st Norman Mukondiwa (210) 72nd Douglas Hondo (200) 78th Arnoldus Blignaut (163) Bowling 23rd Trevor Gripper (538) 32nd Heath Streak (477) 33rd Douglas Hondo (471) 39th Edward Rainsford (393) 51st Mpumelelo Mbangwu (294) Ewing has been a revaltion for me and now has a career Test average of 59.45 and 4 centuries from 11 Tests.
