Major NZ Cricket Grounds

Anyone know which is the largest cricket ground in NZ? (field playing area, not crowd capacity). I know most of our grounds are relatively small compared to other countries. And which is the smallest? A ranking in order would be cracking! Have tried doing a google search but most of the stadium websites don't have this info.

Eden park? - I know it seems the obvious choice, but I like you dad problems 'Googling' for the largest playing area, but -

Eden Park Stadium

Is the largest stadium = to the largest playing area?.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that is for capacity. If Eden Park does have the largest playing area than the rest of the NZ grounds must be postage stamp size.

Thanks Racheal, but can't seem to find anything there about the actual size of the playing fields, just crowd capacity.

My initial thought would be that one of the specific-purpose cricket grounds would be largest - either Seddon Park or the Basin Reserve. However, having visited many cricket stadia in the UK, Australia and NZ, these two grounds are far from 'big' in terms of size of outfield.

just had a glance at a couple of grounds and couldn't find anything on size, just capacity.

It's definately not Eden Park though. But then I'm not sure what it is as I've only been to a couple of the grounds in NZ. The caketin in Wellington is my tentative guess.
