stephen fleming is a good player for new zealand, great captain

styris is good, good in english conditions aswell

i liked oram but since he burst onto the scene ive barely heard anything about him, when new zealand were last in england he was one of your better players

cairns was a great all rounder in my opinion, great batter

overall id say fleming because he is always performing, great player

I'd say Cairns, he was a talent.
Or Hadlee, from what i've seen on videos and read about he wasn't that bad was he .
Hadlee would definatly be in my best XI.

Hadlee was one of the best bowlers of all time. I think he's 7th on the wicket takers list but he stil holds the records for most five-fors and I think has the best average of anyone with over 100 wickets. Everyone who has gone past his mark I believe has taken more tests to do so. I know this is true of at least 4 of the 6 or so.

Fav

My favoriate New Zealand player of all time would be Iain O'Brien for the simple reason he plays at my cricket club quite often and sometimes against me with his team he plays for in England, this guy is a pretty quick bowler let me tell you. the faces of many of our batsmen as he runs in.

My favourite Black Caps are Jacob Oram and Nathan Astle, though haven't got to see much of Jacob Oram lately.

To me, the most elegant style that makes batting look just so easy, is hold by no other than the great Martin Crowe. Not only among the kiwis but he is one of my top favorites in the whole world.

In spite of being modest in talent by and large, Black caps have produced some outstanding match winners over the years. Notably, Martin Crowe; the most gracious batsman I’ve seen from the land of Kiwis. Though, Bond could be the second popular choice, but his nonstop injury sheet permits him to perform persistently. Personally, I like Jacob Oram more, he’s not express pace, but uses his height aptly is a more than useful bowler. Not to mention his destructive batting which haven’t flourished in shorter version of the game that much, but on Test level he already has played handful of memorable knocks down the order.

Last, but certainly not the least; Daniel Vettori is another gem of a player to wear black cap. The way he has modeled his batting technique and ability to play long innings is admirable. Crucially, he didn’t let his bowling instinct slip by in pursuit of better batting numbers.
