In the past i thought Hadlee and Martin Crowe were the two best.
Currently...just give me Stephen Fleming! And not just for his cricket either....:-P

Given his current form...he's just made 70 off 56 balls for Wellington .... I think that is on the cards.

Seems like our fave Louie Vincent is back on his straps, joining the elusive 200 club.

Still, Lou said it didn't match the feeling of his 105 on debut a few years ago vs. Australia

Lou is a good player, one of the few who has genuine talent in the team.

Jeremy Coney

Top bloke

Little fat me and my "Duncan Fernley" cricket bat approach Jeremy while him and the rest of the Kiwi team are waiting for taxi's to the airport after a "one dayer or test" at the MCG circa 1980 possibly the "underarm" one.
I ask Jeremy if he will sign my bat, to which he reply's "I'll do better than that son" then turns to his tired team and urges them to "sign the kids bat".
I lost the bat, but still have the memory.
Thanks Jeremy, you and Doug Walters hold a special place in a big kids memory; for proving you could be international cricketers and nice approachable icons.
