What has happened to Butler? HE bowled quite well against us here in Melbourne.

Slightly off topic but has anyone noticed just how surprsingly intentical James and Hamish Marshal are, I watched highlights of the third ODI yesterday and I was confused many times when they fielded.

Does anyone know how many indentical twins have played international cricket?

Wilson's inclusion in the squad smells like an attempt by NZ cricket to create a branded dual international icon for later use in marketing ?

any thoughts ?

Haha I think you're just about bang on.

And yeah Zainub, really hard to tell them apart, don't know of any other identical twins.

"Come on, even the greats have a bad day"

Sorry "Seamer"
I obviously underestimated Jeff Wilsons cricketing greatness.
But mate you shuold have used the plural "bad days" rather than the singular "bad day"
Or maybe in Jeffs case playing international cricket we could use "every day"

i would have played franklin instead of wilson, and in relpy to an earlier question ian butler is 'injured' though there are rumours he doesn't get on with mr bracewell - which is a shame because he's one of hte two bowlers in NZ able to actually get the ball through at over 140kph

who brought the gregan takle up? all posts previous were made by australians, who wouldn't have found 'that tackle' very annoying at all i would have thought

and while i think of it - the waugh brothers were twins, though not identical i don't think, at least they don't look identical

Yeah apparently Butler is still going at club level, so its a bit of a sham really.
