This
report from the BBC beggars belief. To some extent I can understand that players would want to testify in secret, but surely the interests of natural justice require that those against whom allegations are being made should hear both the allegations and any evidence which is presented in support of the allegations? I am afraid my immediate, knee-jerk reaction to this report is that the ICC has blundered again by making a commitment to players upon which it would be unjust to deliver. In any event, this enquiry needs to get under way fast. Cricket all over the world - including in Zimbabwe - needs it.
