pakistan vs india fourth one day international

I dont have words to explain this extra ordinary performance by our team today.Dont know from where to start. After a bad day with the ball we were simply faboulus with the bat.To start it was afridi and salman giving us a good foundation and razzaq and shoaib in the middle overs and then the great inzi,he once again proved that he is a match winner.
This was the highest successfull runchase in the history of Pakistan Cricket also..

They're healthy looking scores all the way down the first half of the card, Workkey. OK, so only two of them will show up as 50s in their stats, but there's an average of better than fifty a man in the first five bats, and that's always going to be pretty handy in a one-day game. Looks to me from the card like a well deserved win for Pakistan based on a genuine team effort with the bat. Good for them!

Although we have won the last couple of ODI's, I think the batting order is wrong. Sending players like Younis or Hafeez before him late in the order is pointless, they don't have the hitting power at the end of an innings. For me, you need two of either Razzaq, Malik or Afridi to be batting at 6 & 7. It's pointless having class batsmen like Inzi and Youhanna so late when most of the innings is over. I thought it cost us 20 runs in the last game even though we won, and long term it's not likely to work.

Bowling wise, I would like to see Rao brought in to replace Kaneria or Younis depending on the pitch. Kaneria's a great attack bowler but he lacks savvy when it comes to bowling in a ODI situation.

Other than that of course, I'm very happy that we won. I still think we have to play our best cricket so look forward to some improvement.

I actually didn't watch the last bit of the match, Pakistan were looking so favorite for a win I actually thought they would make it quite comfortably with a few overs in hands. But in the end, I guess they let India get more of a sniff at victory then they should have in my opinion. And an Indian mate of mine reckons this match was fixed, so that the two teams could go to the last two matches with all to play for, and not with one side having already won the series. Now, I wonder what some people will make of that. I'm sure it won't please Inzamam, who played quite well I thought.

Well, I hate to hear that kind of suggestion and I sincerely hope your Indian mate has it wrong.

Saad's Indian mate isn't unique, plenty of my Pakistani friends are always convinced that the games are fixed....when they lose. Without any shred of evidence it's just useless speculation IMO and I don't give them the time of day.
