Zimbabwe have done themselves proud, although I detect a little complacency from the Kiwi's though.

Well, if you haven't heard NZ won by an unconvincing 20/30 runs. With Bond doing the damage again 4-17. Without him, who knows..... Poor performance for NZ

Who was this Patel chap that the Kiwis had? I haven't heard of him before. Anyone got any details on him?

...and a rather Spirited one from the Zimbabwean boys! Top class bowling to get NZ out for only 238, but unfortunately we should've capitalised with them at 149-7 and perhaps cleaned them up for another 30-40 runs. Imagine that! Zimbabwe would've won then...

Congratulations to Andy Blignaut in probably the second best all round performance I've seen all year, with 4-46 and 50 with the bat. Obviously Paul Collingwood holds that record for his performance against Bangladesh. Charles Coventry is one who I'd ideally like to see open the batting at the expense of Stuart Carlisle. Carlisle showed in Australia that he provides much needed stability to the middle order. He had a stirling tour of Australia; scoring three centuries in either ODI's or Tests. Anthony Ireland again looked good and if he can shave 10-15 runs off what he is going for with the ball, then he could become a very useful bowling option.

Well played Zimbabwe.
