The ball is moving around quite a bit. Good bounce, swing, and a very good carry-through to the keeper. So far Boucher has had to take a good number above his head, and/or swinging away predigiously.

What I liked about the bowling of Ntini and Steyn this morning, is that they concentrated on bowling a good line. A lot of times, when bowlers see a wicket with something in it, they try too much and too hard. In most circs that gives the initiative away to the batsmen.

But the way these 2 bowled, showed great control. Fleming looks like THE wicket to get...

Wth the form that Fleming is in right now, he will definitely be the main wicket for the South African bowlers to take, and they would love it if they can get him out before lunch.

I think that if Fleming goes in the next couple of wickets we could see a New Zealand collapse.

Well, SA couldn't get Fleming before lunch. Score 50/3 at lunch. Fleming on 24, Astle on 20.

Steyn is looking a good bowler now.Seems to be learning quickly which is what we predicted would happen.Certainly a better bowler than Langeveldt.

NZ 119/9 and Smith brings on Ntini to plant the knock-out...and perhaps get another 5-for.

And Ntini gets his 14th test 5-wicket haul...5/35 in this one. Martin last man out. NZ all out for 119. SA only used 4 bowlers.

The Ntini show continues and play has been stopped due to bad light currently with South Africa on 133-4, already gaining a lead with six wickets still in hand.

I have to admit, a bad call from me, but they say that when your playing well luck goes your way.

Although SAfrica have 6 wickets in hand, the way the pitch is playing, in my opinion they will struggle to score more than 175-200. NZ need to really bat well in their second innings to win this match.
