I've voted for Lara- again- and I've also voted for Symonds, who has in fact spent most of his career at the no. 5 position. And I think you could do worse than Michael Hussey- I forgot to select him officialy, but consider this my nomination.

Well, i voted for him. because i just think he is a player with a lot of talent, and can on his day even on a hard pitch to bat, take away bowling oppositions. I just think with Adam Gilchirist, Sachin Tendulkar, Viv Richards, Jackques Kallis already there we could well do with a risk of picking him.
