From abc.net.au
Ricky has been spending some quality time with Sourjav Ganguly and
Ishant Sharma.
But I think he raises a pretty valid point, this is bringing together usualy normal opponents into a team mate situation. There will be a lot of sharing of personal points of view during friendly chats around the IPL team when not on the field.

Australian cricket captain Ricky Ponting says the Indian Premier League (IPL) will help improve relations with players from the sub-continent.
India's tour of Australia last summer was marred by several verbal clashes, and threats by the Indian team to boycott the last part of the tour.
Speaking exclusively to the ABC, Ponting says the IPL provides the chance to share a dressing-room with players that are usually rivals.
"I had Ganguly and Ishant Sharma both in my side. We got on really, really well," he said.
"I think it's a good opportunity for some of those cultural differences or breakdowns in international cricket to be understood better."
Ponting says he is already looking forward to another stint in the IPL.
