| On the list I think AB De Villiers but I have to agree that Tres is the most under-rated. He has put many huge stands together with Straussy at the top of the order and they go over looked because people such as Pietersen or Flintoff come down the order and steal the show with their big hitting hundreds |

| Ashwell Prince ... is very underated ... most consistent player for SA. Will need to help Kallis play a stabilising role in the WC. |

| I also think that it is Chanderpaul. Sarwan has not fulfilled all that initial promise, while the toher names mentioned are not better than their actual rating in World cricket. SC looks rather fragile and innocuous, but has the capability of quickly changing the face of a match with his deceptively aggressive batting. The only question is his mental state; despite his serious look while batting, I feel that SC sometimes lets his concentration drift and gets bogged down. |
