I agree with what you say Doink. Gambhir will be out again once Sehwag returns. Kaif should be replaced by Raina, another poor score he surely cannot be kept in the side?

I am sure all the youngsters will get a chance in the next match. Kaif probably will lose his position in the coming England series. He needs to sort out his problems in domestic cricket and come back. The Indian pacers have been very impressive. Of late every young bowler has played well. But I am still waiting for that one bowler who can take wickets with sheer speed.

Munaf Patel & VRV Singh are troubling batsmen with their pace but still have some issues with line & length. SS Paul bowls at 85+ mph & has good control too. Gagandeep Singh is another bowler to watch out for. One thing I learnt today, reading the papers, was that RP actually bowled 10 wides yesterday! Thats a lot & am sure the player & the coach must be working on it. Another thing I got to know only today, was that Yuvraj has been appointed the VC of the team in Sehwag's absence!

Good win for INdia although Pak, I thought, were off color for most parts of the game. It is nice to see this Indian side do well against another opponent who was #2 in the world rankings.

And if the Indians are really serious about Yuvraj being the next in line as captain after Sehwag, he should start skippering the Punjab Ranji side at every opportunity he gets to play for them.

All i'm going to say is this was a nice victory by india, pakistan played very well tryed their hardest to get the highest runs but indian bowling just cut them short. RP Singh & Irfan Pathan just wonderful bowler hope they keep that up to the england match every cricket fan around the world are just waiting to see what's going to happen in the India V England match.
