Just picking up on a couple of points Rachael made....

Firstly, I have seen Prior in the (considerable) flesh playing for Sussex against the mightly saltires, and also when i was down south for a Sussex-Surrey game. I am not a fan of his keeping, and feel that Read (obviously) and GoJo are better keepers. I also dont see the point in playing him as a batsman when he cannot score consistently big enough runs to justify his place at the exclusion of a top-order specialist. (Although if i had my way, Ali Brown would be in the team, regardless of age as an ODI specialist) I think read is a dangerous lower-order batsman in the one-day form and warrants another go. His helium voice behind the stumps is also great entertainment!

I do think experience-wise it has been good for the younger English players, despite the one-sided nature of the series. It's been a chance to have an extended look at Anderson, Prior, Blackwell etc. in very different conditions to see whther they have the ability, and the desire, to play well in ODIs for their country. Wouldnt say any of them has grasped the opportunity with both hands though....I would also agree that it has confirmed what we already know about KP, fred and Colly. If they can perform well in these conditions, they can perform well anywhere.

Aside from bowling Dravid he hasn't had much of a bowl to comment on. Every player can have one or two bad overs then come back well, but he hasn't been given the chance. IMO he hasn't been as bad as Ali or Mahmood,
