India v Pakistan,1st ODI

The first One day International between India and Pakistan starts tomorrow in Abu Dhabi.

After Uthappa's performance on his debut,he might be selected for the game. The 2 ODIs are back-to-back.The money raised in the DLF cup will go for charity.

After the last ODI series, India are the favs but we know the nature of the game.

Honestly, I believe players of both teams need to rest now.

As far as I am concerned this match is nothing but a "circus" and should not be considered as official by any means.

I completely agree with you. Both teams need rest right now. It was foolish on ICC's part to have granted official status to the matches. They are playing for a cause and they if the matches were not official, they would have played just for fun. Now they will play under pressure.

In Abu Dhabi? As in the Abu Dhabi which is bordered by hundreds of square miles of the Arabian desert? You were joking, right?

India in their innings have stumbled to 78-4 after 22 overs! Raina and Rao at the crease now on 10 and 1 respectively.

All the Pakistani bowlers have low economy rates other than Rana Naved who has gone for 42 runs off his eight overs so far.

india is at 142/5 after 39.2 overs.... all the pakistani bowlers have bowled well on a pitch which is proving to be slow paced.. it would be good for pakistans confidence to win this match.. but the whole purpose is to raise money for the victims of the earthquake so its a noble effort.. saying that... both teams do need a rest.. but anytime they play it proves to be awesome!!!! i see a pakistan win here.

I'm not sure Rao will be popular after running out two of his team-mates in two balls!
