I think we must make the point that this pitch is offering nothing to the pace bowlers so batsmen can easily play the line of the ball with confidence.

Then again, 62-0 after only 8.4 overs, no complaints from me.

It makes the figures by Lewis earlier look even better and also makes the management look even sillier for not picking him before.

Yah the pitch is playing good and true like a typical indian one, but england are motoring along.... good to see

Don't worry. It looks like we're finding a way to mess it up!

Just lost Flintoff on the boundry, and Collingwood out first ball, probable the usual collapse.

A lot depends on Peitersen to clobber some runs.

That was a shocker of a run out for Bell. Not even a stretch for the crease! A shame: he was looking like the bedrock of the England innings, and without him we have a problem. And I'm out of time - dinner calls!

Unlike previous two games featuring England, this one still stays balanced in last 15 overs or so! Gayle presenting his case strongly for the player of the tournament award. It wouldn't be easy for KP & Yardy with ball taking some sharp spin...

97 from 88 needed.
