Just logged on to post my comment Worker. I can safely say I couldn't have got in any more wrong if I tried. I promptly lost all the money I won on Australia yesterday. I think that's the end of my predictions on here for good now.

I would still back Australia to win the final. They are simply too good, regardless of the form of the West Indians.

Only if Gayle and/or Lara sparkle, West Indies have got any chance.

In all likelihood Asutralia will probably win the final.

However, please show us some respect.

If Australia are simply too good, how did they lose to us in their first game??

A game where Lara did shine but Morton and Taylor were the top bat and bowler.

Sarwan is also a potential matchwinner.

Bradshaw can do serious damage with the ball.

The West Indies won yesterday by virtue of a great innings by Gayle but it would have been all in vain without the excellent job done in the field.

That pitch was a 300 runs and beyond pitch. SA were about 40 runs short.

It was a team effort.

WI won the last Champions Trophy with a team effort and they've got to this final in the same manner.

This isn't about 1 individual shining.

Well it's going to be a great final, two sides in great form and with the Windies having won the last encounter. I'm supporting the Windies, both because they are seen as the underdogs by many and also as it's getting close to the Ashes and I'll have the Aussies take a beating please!

ninjaman i did not mean chris gayle is the only player WI have that can take the game away and that they will loose for sure if he does, what i meant was that in the form he is in if he has a good day the others dont even have to bother
