So much for Bond's gammy back - he's cranking them through at over 150k's - though I have noticed that his second spell he normally loses around 10-15k's of pace.

Wickets of course the most important thing here though . .

And will Franko get to 50 before Bond (or anyone else) gets to 100?

Strauss, Bell and Collingwood are doing their best to avoid going to the Caribbean by the looks of things. What on earth was Collingwood doing getting 10 from 37 balls? Pathetic. It's too late to change things before the World Cup but there must be a few players who won't (shouldn't) play ODIs again.

England in all sorts of trouble again. If they could sort out their batting, they would be a decent side. That was one of the worst 1 day knocks I have seen by Paul "1 dayspecialist" Collingwood. I think he, Bell and Strauss need to be removed from the 1 day side. Joyce is playing pretty well. I cant see England winning this one. Why is Read not playing, I think he is a better 1 day batsman than Nixon.

Well, another pathetic and gutless batting performance from England. How long must the fans still put up with this before management decide to do something. Its a pity that Joyce did not reach his 50.

We've been putting up with it for years, why should anything change? One of the problems we have is that just when a player looks like being dropped he goes and does something thata makes the selectors thin twice about dropping him. Joyce today is a perfect case; he'd done absolutely nothing in his ODI career thus far and must have been very close to losing his place to Rav Bopara. He then top scoeres and will keep his place.

This is a pile of steaming shyte! I've a few players from the Mighty Chertsey 3XI that could play with more intelligebce than England at the moment. The asking rate was a paltry 4 an over, and we shagged it up.

Don't deserve to be in the finals playing at this standard!

Well, NZ have destroyed England and claimed a bonus point. Is there another round of matches or is it an Australia and New Zealand final.
