Broad in England CBS squad for finals

Quote:
Stuart Broad, the Leicestershire fast bowler, has been called into England's Commonwealth Bank Series squad for the best-of-three finals against Australia as a replacement for injured duo Chris Tremlett and Jon Lewis, who are flying back to England.

What a belated gesture from the ECB - a replacement should have been sent out for Trescothick and Giles last year, is Broad needed I wonder?, the team has picked up ok in the last couple of matches, we don't need another undercooked player IMO.

Great that Broad has been included. They could have called up Gough. I think Broad will play in all the remaining games. Will Footitt replace Broad in the Academy squad? Also in contention could be Huw Waters.
