The Achilles Heel bowlers of this World Cup

I feel that some of the major teams have included specialist bowlers who are woefully out of touch or otherwise unsuitable to be in the current final 15 going into the Caribbean. I feel that these bowlers, if chosen for the final XI, could become instrumental in losing key matches.

Australia - Mitchell Johnson
England - Sajid Mahmood
India - Anil Kumble (he is now definitely in that 'has been' stage of his ODI career)
Pakistan - Rana Navid
Sri Lanka - Nuwan Kulasekhara (probably the worst selection mistake of all)
